"Art Glass is my always my first choice, because it is a local family business. I recently contacted them for an unusual project involving adding a protective layer to 1970s-era textured glass. Initially, they did not feel like they could undertake the project, but the owner took the time to give me leads and contact info for other options. None of those worked out, and I re-contacted Art Glass with a new tactic and they agreed to take it on. Unfortunately, we ran into an issue during the project. They met me half-way on the solution—not everywhere would have done that--but I now have the completed project and peace-of-mind. The office staff was all friendly, and Ricky, my technician, was really awesome. He was a confident craftsman and very professional and easy to work with (plus ALWAYS on time!). Art Glass will continue to be my go-to choice. I highly recommend."
